The imperatives that are critical, relate to two areas that are positioned at the beginning and the end of the static development life cycle. One is customer requirement definitions that are sought to be frozen, but which continue to evolve and change. The other is implementation of the developed software which involves migration from development and test environment to production environment in real-time.

Proof of Concept (PoC) is the key element of our business model. BatonBos will endeavour to reduce clients' risk by doing so. PoC will be completely funded by BatonBos.
